Fenwick Represents Blue Sky Research in Acquisition by Necsel Intellectual Property

Fenwick is representing Blue Sky Research, a manufacturer of precision laser components and modules used worldwide in medical, ophthalmology, bio-instrumentation, metrology and industrial markets, in its in its acquisition by Necsel Intellectual Property, a laser and laser solutions company.

The acquisition of Blue Sky Research will increase Necsel Intellectual Property’s know-how and will strengthen their IP portfolio in the component and laser solutions space. More information can be obtained from the announcement.
