Fenwick Represents Cisco in the Sale of its Connected Devices Division to Technicolor for $600M

Fenwick & West represented Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), the worldwide leader in networking, in the sale of its customer premises equipment (CPE) business to Technicolor (Euronext Paris: TCH; OTCQX: TCLRY), a worldwide technology leader in the media and entertainment sector. Under the terms of agreement and upon the closing of the transaction, Cisco will receive $600 million in cash and stock, subject to certain adjustments provided for in the agreement.
