Fenwick Represents Hone in $3.6 Million Series Seed Financing

Fenwick & West represented Hone Group Inc., the reimagined workplace training platform for modern and distributed teams, in its $3.6 million Series Seed financing led by Cowboy Ventures and Harrison Metal. Additional investors participated in the round, including Slack Fund, Reach Capital, Rethink Education, Day One Ventures, Entangled Ventures, CEO of Masterclass David Rogier, CEO of Guild Education Rachel Carlson, Co-Founder of Atrium HQ Pete Kazanjy and Co-Founder of Grovo Jeff Fernandez.

Hone currently serves customers such as WeWork, Clear, App Annie, Dashlane, Omada Health, SoulCycle and others. The new capital will accelerate Hone’s platform expansion, support rapid growth and allow the company to develop additional programs to serve small businesses, mid-market and enterprise organizations.
