Fenwick Represents Imgur in its $20 Million Financing

Fenwick & West represented Imgur Inc., the community-powered entertainment platform reaching 300 million people each month, in its $20 million investment from Coil, a San Francisco-based start-up designed to help creators monetize content and provide a premium experience to consumers.
