Fenwick Represents Ironclad in $100 Million Series D Financing

Fenwick represented Ironclad, a contract lifecycle management platform for innovative companies, in its $100 million Series D financing. The round was led by BOND, and Lux Capital also participated, along with lead investors in prior rounds, Accel, Sequoia and Y Combinator Continuity.

Ironclad will use the financing to invest in partnerships with industry leaders, product innovation and hiring talent. More information can be obtained from Ironclad’s announcement.
