Fenwick Represents Founders Fund in Ramp's $200M Series E Funding

Fenwick represented Founders Fund, a venture capital firm investing in smart people solving difficult problems, in Ramp’s $200 million Series E financing, putting Ramp’s valuation at $16 billion. The round was led by Founders Fund—the company’s first and largest investor, with participation from Thrive Capital, D1 Capital Partners, General Catalyst, GIC, ICONIQ Growth, Khosla Ventures, Sands Capital, 8VC, Lux Capital, Stripes, 137 Ventures, Avenir Growth, and Definition Capital.

Ramp, a financial operations platform, will use the funds to advance its product suite, which includes corporate cards, expense management, procurement, travel booking, treasury, and more. Additional information can be obtained here.
