Fenwick Represents King in Initial Public Offering for Approximately $500M

Fenwick & West represented King Digital Entertainment plc (NYSE: KING), a leading interactive entertainment company for the mobile world, including leading games Candy Crush Saga, Pet Rescue Saga, Farm Heroes Saga, Papa Pear Saga and Bubble Witch Saga, in its initial public offering for approximately $500 million. The company priced 22,200,000 of its ordinary shares at a price to the public of $22.50 per share.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as lead joint book-running managers for the offering. Barclays Capital Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. and RBC Capital Markets, LLC acted as joint book-running managers of the offering. BMO Capital Markets Corp., Cowen and Company, LLC, Pacific Crest Securities LLC, Piper Jaffray & Co., Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, Wedbush Securities Inc. and Raine Securities LLC acted as co-managers for the offering.
