Fenwick Represents Model N in $120 Million Initial Public Offering

Fenwick & West represented Model N, Inc. (NYSE: MODN), a revenue management solutions provider to the life science and technology industries, in its initial public offering. The initial public offering size was 7,751,000 shares of common stock, which consisted of 7,011,000 shares of common stock sold by Model N and 740,000 shares of common stock sold by the selling stockholder, at a price to the public of $15.50 per share.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. acted as joint book-running managers for the offering, and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, Pacific Crest Securities LLC, Piper Jaffray & Co. and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. acted as co-managers.
