Fenwick Represents Proofpoint in Acquisition of The Defence Works

Fenwick represented Proofpoint (NASDAQ: PFPT), a leading cybersecurity company that protects organizations’ greatest assets and biggest risks: their people, in its acquisition of The Defence Works, a Manchester, England-based security awareness company.

The acquisition brings a library of interactive content to Proofpoint’s Security Awareness Training portfolio and provides customers innovative content to support their Security Education programs. The Defence Works team also adds another interactive content engine enabling Proofpoint to drive further differentiation, delivering highly engaging training aimed at helping customers improve their employees’ security behavior.
