Fenwick Represents QBIT Capital in Launch of its First Fund
Fenwick represented QBIT Capital, a Zurich-based venture capital firm, in the launch of its first fund.
QBIT’s fund I will focus on fintech startups and university spin-off of all verticals apart from biotech and medtech companies. QBIT invests in pre-seed and seed stages with the goal of actively supporting founders in their journey.
The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Byron Dailey and associates Julia Kerr and Temitope Alagbala.
