Fenwick & West represented Quip, Inc., the mobile-first word processing and collaboration app, in its acquisition by salesforce.com, inc. (NYSE: CRM), provider of customer relationship management software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition will help Quip expand their services more quickly and be able to extend the Salesforce Customer Success Platform in powerful new ways with their next-generation productivity capabilities.
