Fenwick Represents Robinhood in $660 Million Series G Financing

Fenwick represented Robinhood, a pioneer of commission-free investing, in its $200 million Series G financing.

Robinhood will use the new funding to continue to invest in improving its core product and customer experience. More information about the financing can be obtained from Robinhood's announcement.

The Fenwick transaction team included corporate partner Sayre Stevick and associates Lara Foster, Ari Haber, Tina Lee and Adrian Parlow.

Update on September 23, 2020: Fenwick represented Robinhood in raising an additional $460 million in subsequent closings—announced September 22, 2020—bringing the total for the round to $660 million at an $11.7 billion post-money valuation. The new funding comes from new and existing investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia, DST Global, Ribbit Capital, 9Yards Capital and D1 Capital Partners.
