Fenwick Represents Waltz Networks in $8.15 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick & West represented Waltz Networks, a venture-backed startup using breakthrough control schemes to enable networks of all sizes to be self-managing, in its Series A financing. The company raised $6.75 million from New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and $1.4 million in National Science Foundation grants, bringing the total funding to $8.15 million.
