Fenwick represented Wiz, a developer of a cloud security platform designed to help businesses secure their infrastructure at scale, in its acquisition of Gem Security, a provider of a cloud-based cybersecurity platform.

With the acquisition of Gem Security, Wiz is fueling their growth engine as they equip customers with a modern cloud security platform that meets all their needs, from Cloud Native Application Protect Platform (CNAPP) to Cloud Detection and Response (CDR).
