Fenwick Represents Zuora in its $177.1 Million Initial Public Offering

Fenwick & West represented Zuora, Inc. (NYSE: ZUO), a provider of cloud-based software on a subscription basis that enables any company in any industry to successfully launch, manage and transform into a subscription business, in its initial public offering and the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase 1,650,000 additional shares of its Class A common stock. Zuora sold 12,650,000 shares of its Class A common stock, including the shares sold upon exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares, at a price to the public of $14.00 per share.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as the joint lead bookrunners for the offering. Allen & Company LLC and Jefferies LLC acted as bookrunners. Canaccord Genuity LLC and Needham & Company, LLC acted as co-managers.
