Fenwick Represents Coinbase in Repurchase of Convertible Senior Notes Due 2026

Fenwick represented Coinbase Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: COIN), a leading provider of end-to-end financial infrastructure and technology for the cryptoeconomy, in its privately negotiated purchase agreements to repurchase $64.5 million aggregate principal amount of 0.50% Convertible Senior Notes due 2026. The repurchases are expected to close on or about June 20, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions. More information can be obtained from Coinbase’s announcement.
