Susan counsels life sciences and technology clients, ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies, in a wide variety of antitrust matters, including mergers and acquisitions, antitrust compliance issues, and government investigations. Susan also has experience advising clients on capital markets, securities law, and general public company and corporate governance matters.
During law school, Susan was a student advocate at the East Bay Community Law Center's Consumer Justice Clinic (formerly known as the Consumer Rights Workshop). Susan worked as a summer associate at Fenwick and a top law firm in Seoul, South Korea.
