Fenwick Represents Modern Animal in Acquisition by Chewy

Fenwick represented Modern Animal, a technology-forward veterinary platform with 29 owned clinics, 24/7 virtual care, and a high-retention membership model, in its pending acquisition by Chewy (NYSE: CHWY), an e-commerce petcare retailer in the US.
