Laura focuses her practice on providing employee benefits and executive compensation counsel to public and private companies in connection with corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, and a variety of structured corporate financings.
Laura has broad experience with the executive compensation components of SEC disclosures, including annual proxy statements, IPO disclosures and equity plan proposals. She also helps clients implement and operate public company compensatory arrangements, including equity plans, change in control agreements, and employment agreements.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Laura worked as an associate at a leading international law firm where she advised clients in matters relating to executive compensation and employee benefits.
