Fenwick Represents Urbint in Pending $325 Million Acquisition by Itron

Fenwick is representing Urbint, an AI platform for identifying and stopping threats to workers and critical infrastructure, in its pending $325 million acquisition by Itron (Nasdaq: ITRI), a global leader in energy, water, smart city, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and intelligent infrastructure services.

Urbint’s AI-powered operational resilience solutions will enhance Itron’s existing offerings. The transaction is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2025. More information can be obtained from the news announcement.
