Philip advises on a broad variety of corporate matters for clients in the technology and life sciences industries.

While attending law school, Philip worked as a law clerk at a boutique law firm, as well as a legal intern at The Ohio State University Technology Commercialization Office. He also served as a managing editor for the Ohio State Law Journal, was President of the Intellectual Property Law Society, and advised local startups, small businesses, and non-profit organizations through Ohio State’s Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic.
