Fenwick represented WiredScore, the global certification for digital connectivity and smart technology in real estate, in its acquisition by Meter, a provider of internet infrastructure for the enterprise.

By bringing together Meter’s internet infrastructure platform and WiredScore’s globally recognized standards, the acquisition helps Meter support landlords and occupiers at scale while accelerating the international adoption of best practices in digital building performance.
