Alberto concentrates his practice on a wide range of intellectual property matters related to technology transactions for clients across different industries, including fintech, blockchain and cryptocurrency, and artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) industries.

During law school, Alberto provided supervised advice to startup and venture capital clients on a variety of transactional and regulatory matters as part of the University of Chicago Innovation Clinic. He also performed diligence on ventures arising out of the University of Chicago ecosystem as an associate for the Shultz Innovation Fund.
