Fenwick & West corporate partner Mark Stevens moderated a panel discussion titled “Triple Threats & the Most Active Acquirers in Europe” at the Casual Connect Europe 2017 conference.
The panel of billion-dollar global game publisher-investors shared their approaches to equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, and delivery of business value, such as top game IP. They also discussed criteria for investments, paths to M&A, and actual value delivered in higher revenues and profits.
The past two years have been hot for the gaming industry, yielding history's three largest mobile gaming acquisitions–all of which Stevens led.
Panelists included three of the four largest European game companies and the U.S. publisher with the highest-ticket acquisition of 2014.
