Fenwick & West worked on five deals named the top 10 deals in California in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings by the Daily Journal.
Fenwick was involved in three of the top IPOs – Facebook Inc., Workday Inc. and ServiceNow Inc.– and two of the top M&A deals. Fenwick served as special intellectual property counsel to Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. in its $7.1 billion Yahoo! deal and as lead outside counsel in Cisco Systems, Inc.’s acquisition of NDS Group Ltd.
