  • AI governance frameworks: Assisting organizations, such as Goldman Sachs and a global payments company, in constructing robust governance frameworks focused on accountability and risk management in AI development and deployment.
  • AI investments and acquisitions: Advising on AI-driven transactions, including multi-billion-dollar investments such as Lightspeed Venture Partners in its lead investment in Anthropic's $3.5 billion Series E financing, successive financing rounds for quickly-scaling AI companies such as Sierra AI, and both buy-side and sell-side M&A deals such as Rockset in its sale to OpenAI and Databricks in its $1.3 billion acquisition of MosaicML.

A respected voice in the AI legal community, Adine frequently speaks and writes on emerging issues. She has presented to growth-stage startups through 1871’s AI Innovation Lab, to industry media leaders such as AMC, Warner Music Group and NY Fashion Tech Lab, and to professional audiences including the New York Bar In-House Counsel Committee, New York Tech Week, and San Francisco Tech Week.
