Christine concentrates her practice on patent litigation matters for clients in the technology and life sciences industries. Christine has experience with both patent prosecution and patent litigation across a variety of technologies, specifically prosecuting patents for data transactions technologies, software applications, media systems, aerospace systems, medical devices, automotive vehicles and OLED. In her litigation practice, Christine has represented clients in industrial fields comprising telecommunications, mechanical devices, computer software and battery management.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Christine as a litigation associate at a prominent law firm.
