Rosan advises startup, private, and public companies on all aspects of employment law. She provides day‑to‑day counseling on issues including hiring and recruiting; worker classification; handbook and policy development; terminations and separations; employee mobility; leaves and absences; and other workplace matters. She also helps clients assess and address employment risks arising from mergers and acquisitions. Rosan takes a practical, business‑focused approach to helping clients achieve their workforce goals.

Rosan has experience litigating wage and hour, discrimination, and wrongful termination matters, and she helps clients proactively address and mitigate potential disputes.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Rosan advised founders, executives, and companies on employment negotiations, transitions, departures, and related litigation.
