Sang (Sam) concentrates his practice on a variety of intellectual property matters to support clients in the technology and life sciences industries. His experience includes advising companies and underwriters on intellectual property matters related to collaboration and licensing agreements, as well as corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and follow-on offerings among other transactions.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Sam was a technology transactions associate at a prominent law firm.
While in law school, Sam was a staff editor for the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum.
