Chris advises clients on a wide variety of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, carveouts, strategic investments and corporate governance matters. He regularly advises clients in a wide range of industries, including technology, fintech, life sciences and consumer products, and his M&A experience includes significant transactions in Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.

Chris received his J.D. from U.C. Davis School of Law and was elected Order of the Coif. Chris received his B.A. in politics, magna cum laude, from Whitman College.
