Fenwick & West represented Doctor on Demand, Inc., a healthcare service that provides Video Visits with board-certified physicians via smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers, in its $21 million Series A financing. The round was led by Venrock and included participation from Shasta Ventures and angel investor Sir Richard Branson. As part of this funding round, Dr. Bryan Roberts, Partner at Venrock, joined the company’s Board of Directors
