Fenwick & West represented Dropbox, Inc., a free service that lets people bring their documents, photos and videos anywhere and share them easily, in its acquisition of Anchovi Labs, which develops software to help people organize, browse and share their personal photo collection. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
