The National Law Journal named Fenwick Chairman Gordon Davidson one of the 100 Most Influential Lawyers in America. “Want to go public? Gordon Davidson is your man,” the article says.
Davidson is noted for his work with both start-ups and corporate clients as well as for his role in more than 50 initial public offerings (IPOs) including for clients Facebook, Shutterfly and Intuit. Recently, he worked on IPOs for SilverSpring Networks, Workday and ServiceNow. He also advised SuccessFactors in its $3.4 billion acquisition by SAP AG.
