Fenwick Represents Symantec in Acquisition of Luminate

Fenwick & West represented Symantec Corporation (Nasdaq: SYMC), a leading cybersecurity company that helps organizations, governments and people secure their most important data, in its acquisition of Luminate Security Ltd., a privately held company with pioneering Software Defined Perimeter technology.
