Fenwick & West represented Auburn Audio Technologies, dba Antares Audio Technologies, developer of the proprietary audio processor Auto-Tune, in its acquisition by Broadstream Capital Partners, a California-based merchant bank that provides advisory services and makes investments in companies in the lower middle market.
