Fenwick & West represented Cloudera, Inc., one of the leaders in enterprise analytic data management powered by Apache Hadoop, in its recently announced acquisition of Xplain.io, Inc. an innovator in self-service analytics. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will help customers accelerate their enterprise data hub (EDH) deployments and make it easier for them to add more data and more complex workloads (automation, optimization, self-service) to their Cloudera environments.
