Fenwick Represents Embracer Group in Divestment of Arc Games and Cryptic Studios to Project Golden Arc

Fenwick represented Embracer Group, a global group of creative and entrepreneurial businesses in PC, console and mobile games, in its $30 million divestment of Arc Games and Cryptic Studios to Project Golden Arc, Inc., which is owned and led by members of the Arc Games management team.

This transaction supports Embracer’s key priorities by strengthening their focus on strategic assets and core IPs in Embracer while improving profitability and free cash flow. More information can be obtained from Embracer’s announcement.
