Eric focuses his practice on corporate matters with a concentration on debt financings, representing both lenders and borrowers in acquisitions and leveraged finance deals.

While attending law school, Eric served as an honors intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, judicial intern for Maryland Court of Appeals and was also a member of The George Washington Law Review.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Eric was a finance associate at a leading international law firm.
