Fenwick Represents Metropolis Technologies in $1.6B Funding

Fenwick represented Metropolis Technologies, an artificial intelligence company for the real world, in its $1.6 billion funding, including a $1.1 billion Term Loan B arranged by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., and a $500 million Series D led by LionTree.
