Doubling our headcount within a year of opening our Boston office caught the Boston Business Journal’s attention.
Partners Heidi Erlacher and David Horne talked to the journal about Fenwick’s growth and unique role helping Boston’s innovators bridge with Silicon Valley and the larger tech ecosystem.
“Fenwick is a Silicon Valley firm, right?" said Horne, who leads the startup and corporate team in Boston. "There's no hiding it, and so we're making sure that companies, the venture capital firms, investors, know who we are and know our strengths."
So, Fenwick is growing to meet Boston’s innovators at all stages of their lifecycle. What started as a 17-person office has expanded to 37, complementing IP solutions with our emerging-corporate, regulatory, and litigation practices.
"We've seen a lot of changes, and a lot of growth," Erlacher told the Boston Business Journal. "We're busting at the seams at this point. We've filled up our office space. We're going to have to look for some more in the short term."
