Fenwick Represents Cowboy Space Corporation in $275M Series B Financing

Fenwick represented Cowboy Space Corporation, an orbital infrastructure company, in its $275 million Series B financing at a $2B valuation. The round was led by Index Ventures, with participation from new investors IVP, Blossom Capital, and SAIC, alongside existing investors Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Construct Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, Interlagos and Baiju Bhatt.

Cowboy Space Corporation will use the funds to build rockets with upper stages that would serve as data centers once in low Earth orbit. More information can be obtained here.
