Fenwick Represents MK1 in Acquisition by AMD

Fenwick represented MK1, a developer of an AI computing engine designed to reduce inference costs, in its acquisition by AMD, a designer of a variety of digital semiconductors for markets such as PCs, gaming consoles, data centers, industrial, and automotive applications.

The MK1 team will join the AMD Artificial Intelligence Group, where MK1’s technology and expertise will play a key role in advancing AMD’s high-speed inference and enterprise AI software stack. More information can be obtained from the news announcement.
