Fenwick Represents Torch in Acquisition by OpenAI

Fenwick represented Torch, a developer of a personal health data management app designed for patients and healthcare consumers, in its acquisition by OpenAI, a developer of an artificial intelligence-based research and deployment platform.

The Torch team will be part of OpenAI’s newly announced ChatGPT Health, a service for people using the chatbot to analyze and manage their health. More information can be obtained from Torch’s announcement.
