Siobhan advises startups and emerging companies on corporate matters, including venture capital financing, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.

During law school, Siobhan was VP of Education and Training for the Startup Law Initiative, an editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal, and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team. In 2021, she won Berkeley Law’s Halloum Negotiations Competition.

Prior to law school, Siobhan ran a small business at the National Museum of Wales. As part of her graduate studies, she researched, published, and taught French history.
