Fenwick Represents Mango Health in Strategic Investment and Partnership with Express Scripts

Fenwick & West represented Mango Health, a mobile health company that inspires those with chronic conditions to better manage their daily health, in its strategic investment and long term operating partnership with Express Scripts (NASDAQ: ESRX). The long-term partnership agreement between the two organizations will make Mango Health’s patient-facing mobile applications available to Express Scripts' clients.

The strategic transaction was led by corporate lawyers Michael Esquivel, Kris Withrow, Brendan Franich and Nam Kim. Technology transactions lawyer Stefano Quintini advised on the operating partnership agreement.
