Fenwick & West represented NaturalMotion Limited, an English privately-held leading mobile game and technology developer, in its acquisition by Zynga Inc. (NASDAQ: ZNGA). At closing, NaturalMotion’s shareholders and vested option holders will receive an aggregate of $391 million in cash and 39.5M shares of Zynga Class A Common Stock.
