Fenwick & West represented Nurego, Inc., provider of operations for loT networks that link industrial machines, in its acquisition by GE Digital LLC, connector of machine data to powerful analytics and people. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
GE has been using Nurego’s monetization and business operations tool both internally and as a Predix microservice for nearly two years. The acquisition of Nurego demonstrates the strategic importance for the business operations of GE Predix.
