Fenwick & West represented Oculus VR (recently acquired by Facebook), in its recently announced acquisition of Sweden-based 13th Lab AB, creators of a computer vision platform for mobile devices. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will help the company advance in their vision and continue to build great VR experiences the future of computing.
