Fenwick Represents Science Media in the Acquisition of HelloSociety by The New York Times

​​Fenwick & West represented Science Media, LLC, an L.A.-based startup builder that buys and invests in disruptive media and ecommerce companies, in the acquisition of HelloSociety, LLC, a digital marketing agency and portfolio company of Science Media, by The New York Times Company (NYSE: NYT). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition will integrate HelloSociety’s tools, talent and approach into the service suite of T Brand Studio, the content agency of The New York Times. More information about HelloSociety’s acquisition by The New York Times​ can be obtained on the company press release.
