Fenwick Represents Electronic Arts in Acquisition of ThreeSF

Fenwick & West LLP represented Redwood City, CA-based Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: ERTS) in its recently announced acquisition of ThreeSF, Inc., the social network for gamers run by former Napster founder Shawn Fanning and which also does business as Rupture. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
